TIE Advanced (T/A)

The TIE Advanced is a very fast and very high maneuverable ship. Because of its speed, most games with it over the internet appear jumpy. Anyway, open fire at 2.0 clicks as you're approaching each other whilst the lasers are underway. Forget the shields it has, they don't help due to their weakness so fly it in general like a T/I. Set the lasers to single fire mode if you encounter problems with aiming at this speed. In XWA you can use the laser convergence system.
